Please note, that registered participants will receive login details for the virtual platform a week before the Conference (around 20 August).

The virtual platform
We’ve created a video and a series of guidelines to show you how to use the N&G 2020 Virtual Conference platform, including logging in, accessing pre-recorded and live sessions, as well as meeting exhibitors and networking.

Program
The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. You will receive a link in an email at the end of the conference. For more information, click here.
Yes, the N&G 2020 virtual conference will have a full program with sessions and lectures, as well as other activities to ensure a real conference experience, online!

The 6th Yearbook on Nutrition & Growth (Yearbook 2020) is available for download via the Conference website, and the virtual platform (visit the N&G booth and download the Yearbook to your conference bag which allows you to send it to your email)
If you would like to order a hard-copy of the Yearbook, you can find all information on Karger’s website, here.
The authors whose abstracts were accepted will be published in a digital abstract book that will be available to participants. Link to download the Abstract Book will be available from Aug 29 on the conference website under the “Program” section.
To contact the e-Poster presenter, you can send a personal email by clicking on the envelope icon. If the author is online, you can directly chat in the chat panel on the right side of your screen.

Technical Requirements
To attend the virtual conference, you need a stable internet connection, your device or computer and a valid registration. You will receive login details a few days prior to the meeting.
Google Chrome will be the best option, but other browsers are also supported.
Exhibition
You have a Virtual Conference Bag. When you’re in the exhibition and visiting booth, if documents are available, collect by clicking +Swag Bag. The materials will be stored in your Virtual Bag folder.
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibition area.

There is no registration for the exhibition only, all exhibitors and participants may access the full virtual conference and the exhibition.
Registration
Login details to the virtual platform for all registered participants are being sent a week before the Conference.

Yes, you are automatically registered for the virtual meeting. Further details and guidance on how to navigate the meeting platform will be announced in due course.

The N&G 2020 virtual conference will offer you a full virtual experience and the opportunity to take part in every aspect of the program including:
- Open access to all session recordings. Create your own schedule, attend some or all the sessions at any time.
- Network with colleagues – access colleagues easy over the web and start a fruitful discussion
- Earn CME credits – participate in the scientific program and be eligible to receive the respective number of CME credits.
- Access all e-posters – browse the latest scientific research and connect with the abstract authors
- Give feedback – help us improve ourselves
- Visit the virtual exhibition hall – contact exhibitors and view the display materials
Your registration allows you to access 3 days of intense science during the live conference, the extended access to go back, view and enjoy all the sessions and career development opportunities, on-demand, for an extra period of three months. Therefore, you will be able to attend more lectures and more events and keep the discussion going with your fellow delegates, at no extra cost.

General questions, cancellations & reimbursement
No. The N&G 2020 Organizing Committee has decided to transform the 7th International Conference on Nutrition & Growth in London, the United Kingdom into a fully virtual meeting.
Yes, the platform will first be available between 27 – 29 August 2020, with some live-streamed sessions according to the program schedule. In addition, the platform and all sessions will be available on-demand in the weeks following the Conference.
If you would like to cancel your registration to the virtual conference, you are able to receive a 50% refund on registration until 1 June 2020. Please consult the cancellation policy outlined on the registration page for the most up to date information. Please click here.

For your non-refundable accommodation booked by Kenes, the hotels will be contacted to find an optimal solution. If you have a refundable booking, you will be contacted.
